Searching for Products

Guide to searching for products using SKUs, keywords, and filters to narrow results.

How to Search for Products

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Type a SKU, UPC, product name, keyword, theme, or sports team in the search bar at the top of any page.
  3. Click a product in the preview to go straight to it, or press Enter to see all results.

How to Filter Results

  1. Open a filter group in the left panel, such as Category or Availability.
  2. Check an option. Results update right away.
  3. To remove a filter, click the X on its tag above the results. To clear all filters, click SHOP in the main menu.

Search Tips

  • Search first, then filter. A new search clears your filters.
  • Use the full SKU. Part of a SKU won’t find the item.
  • Too many results? Add a Category filter to keep only the product type you want.
  • Too few results? Check your spelling and use fewer words. Search doesn’t correct typos.
  • Options disappeared? Some filters, like Availability, Brands, and Season, allow one choice at a time. Remove the tag to pick another.
