Dim Weight: Dimensional Weight.
Freight carriers utilize the greater of the actual weight or dimensional weight to calculate shipping charges. Dimensional Weight is calculated as: (Length x Width x Height) ÷ Dimensional Factor. Note: The dimensional factor varies by carrier and service type (e.g., 139 for domestic, 166 for international with many carriers). Additional surcharges may apply.

The order ships with no freight charges

Net 30: 30 days from invoice date
Payment is due 30 days after the invoice date.
Net 60: 60 days from invoice date
Payment is due 60 days after the invoice date.
Net 90: 90 days from invoice date

OS - Oversized Shipment: Additional surcharges may be applied.
A package qualifies as Oversized when its length plus girth [(2 x width) + (2 x height)] exceeds 130 inches but does not exceed the maximum FedEx size of 165 inches, or when its longest side exceeds 60 inches, or its second-longest side exceeds 30 inches. Additional surcharges may apply.
