This glossary provides quick definitions of common terms used throughout the Evergreen Wholesale website, including payment terms, shipping abbreviations, and order-related terminology.

Dim Weight: Dimensional Weight.
Freight carriers utilize the greater of the actual weight or dimensional weight to calculate shipping charges. Dimensional Weight is calculated as (Length x Width x Height) / (Dimensional Factor). Additional surcharges may be applied.

FF: Free Freight
The order ships with no freight charges

Net 30: days from invoice date
Payment is due 30 days after the invoice date.
Net 60: days from invoice date
Payment is due 60 days after the invoice date.
Net 90: days from invoice date
Payment is due 90 days after the invoice date.

OS - Oversized Shipment: Additional surcharges may be applied.
A package is considered a "Large Package" when its length plus girth (2xwidth) + (2xheight) combined exceeds 130 inches, but does not exceed the maximum FEDEX size of 165 inches. A package with the longest side exceeding 60 inches or its second-longest side exceeding 30 inches.
