Login & Password Issues
A quick guide to help you resolve common login and password problems when accessing the website.
When You Can’t Log In
- Make sure you are using the email address associated with your account.
- Check for spelling errors, missing characters, or auto-correct changes.
- If you recently registered or were added by your TM, verify that you’ve activated your account using the email that was sent to you.
How to Reset Your Password
- Go to https://www.myevergreenwholesale.com/password-reset/
- Select Forgot Password.
- Enter the email connected to your account, then click Request Verification Link
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset email.
- Reset links expire after a short period; request a new one if needed.
If You Don’t Receive a Password Reset Email
- Confirm the email address you entered is the one linked to your Evergreen Wholesale account.
- Search your inbox for “Evergreen,” “Password Reset,” or “info@myevergreenwholesale.com.”
- Check spam/junk filters or promotions folders.
- If using a hospital, government, or large corporate network, your IT may be blocking the email—ask them to whitelist Evergreen email domains (@myevergreen.com).
“Email Already in Use” or “Email Not Recognized”
- “Email Already in Use” means the email is tied to another account; confirm you are using the correct account number. If you still cannot log in, support may need to move it.
- “Email Not Recognized” means the email is not connected to any account login or was entered incorrectly.
- Provide your client ID and correct email if you need help reconnecting your login.

Send the following so Support can assist quickly:
- Your client ID
- The email you are trying to log in with
- A screenshot of the error message
- Whether you attempted a password reset and received/didn’t receive the email
