How to Make a Payment

You can pay invoices directly through your online account. Follow either method below.

1. Click on My Account

2. Click on Make a Payment

3. Click on "Change" to select a token on file.

4. Click on one of the tokens on file.

5. You must "Add" the specific invoices to pay along with the payment amount.

In the example below; i entered $0.01 on the first invoice.

6. Type in the partial payment (if applicable), otherwise, click add for full amount.

7. Click on "Add"

8. Click on "Submit Payment" to send the order through.

Option 1: Payment Center

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click Payment Center in the account overview.
  3. Select the invoice you want to pay and enter a partial or full payment amount.
  4. Click Pay Now.
  5. Enter your card details and click Submit.
  6. A confirmation page will appear once your payment is complete.

Option 2: My Account

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to My Account and select Make a Payment.
  3. Choose the invoice you want to pay and enter a partial or full amount.
  4. Click Pay Now, enter your card information, and click Submit.
  5. You’ll see a confirmation page when your payment is processed.

Tip: If your account has a credit, select it along with any invoice that has a balance due. Credits and adjustments are combined so it’s easy to see the total.
