This article explains how to request an order cancellation or change and what options are available based on your order status.

What to Expect

  • If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to update or cancel it.

  • Once an order has shipped or is in transit, it can no longer be modified or canceled.

Order changes and cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the order status at the time of your request.
